This Studio scene was created by me almost out of a joke to phisically recreate a studio set up and take some cool renders of the asset.

We ended up linking this idea so much that we manually painted a fake color chart.

Explanation of the Procedural Environment Material

[DISCLAIMER: Small Soldiers War for the Nekron is a Proof of Concept project in which our team was hired by Comadran Studios to create a set of toy characters during some months from 2022-2023. The conclussion of the project was the Proof of Concept trailer that brought those new characters to life. We would like to clarify that our team does not own these characters and we do not know what comes next for them after the this Proof of Concept. Designs and story might not represent the final product as they are subject to change during production.]

My main contribution to the environment for this project was the creation of the metal door in the warehouse and the procedural material for the environment asset. The approach was similar to Xabier Urrutia's toy material. I ended up adding an additional section for Custom Masks to add even more control to our dust layers and dirt passes. The material is used on almost all of our non-toy assets.
For the desk scene, I modeled the main body of the desk, the lamp, the Desktop PC and the chair. The other assets were modeled by Josu Martin and Xabier Sevillano, please check out their posts for more details on their stellar work.
